I had a video call from the head recruiter, who was very pleasant. It was mainly a discussion about my skills and interest, and she was very transparent about their work hours and crunch times.
After that, I was invited to have an interview with I believe a coordinator from the team and that interview went off without a hitch, and I was moved forward to the third round.
It was at the third round that I was taken out of being considered for the position, however, when I had asked for feedback they'd gladly given it to me and felt that I was a good match culturally, however they needed someone with more experience. They even wished to find a position for me to be able to be hired, however they simply did not have anything.
Overall, everyone was courteous and on-time with their interviews, and it was a good learning experience on my part.
