Entretien
I had a telephone interview with a recruiter, then a face to face interview with the HR Manager & HR Advisor, finally, I had a third interview with 2x Recruitment Manager, HR Advsior & Studio Manager. Very informal, had a good laugh, basically went through my CV.
The only thing that I thought was poor was that I attended 3 interviews in total and they emailed me to say I had not been successful. I think a telephone call would have been more appropriate considering I had taken a lot out of my time to prepare and attend each interview (baring in mind I do have a full time job which was tricky to get out of).
I asked for feedback and they did respond. They said they had gone with a candidate who had more experience. That annoyed me because they could have got that information from my CV or at the very least my first interview.

Online pre-recorded interview asking generic questions (e.g. why HR, ask about your background, etc), phone interview (described as informal but was pretty formal - competency based questions etc.), in-person interview (didn’t make it this far)

applied online and was then asked to complete a video interview, a week or so later I had a telephone interview with the recruitment manager and afterwards I was invited to face to face interview. The f2f interview was a little awkward as the interviewers didn't have a script and didn't seem to know what questions to ask, they seemed more interested in what I do in my free time rather than what I could bring to the role. Took a long time to get an outcome and asked for feedback on points to improve on at interview but they did not respond which I think is quite poor.
