Had a good first two rounds (HR and hiring manager chats). Was advised I moved onto the technical round. Had to follow up a few weeks later to even receive the task. Task was enormous, I still submitted it. Radio silence for two months and then a generic rejection.

This was a lengthy and demanding process. First round was an HR screening with coding questions, second round was supposed to be technical/ behavioral but was literally just technical questions. Then there was a technical assignment. By this point I had completely lost interest due to the long turn around times and how demanding they were in terms of the technical project. Third round was a panel meeting where, again, it was supposed to be technical and behavioral but there was maybe 1 behavioral question and they didn't really get to know me at all. Although I knew all answers to the coding questions and everything about the technical assignment, they seemed to expect that I had a degree in physics by some of the questions being asked. I left the interview feeling like they didn't understand that I was a software engineer not a physicist but I guess thats what happens when the people conducting the interview don't actually have a degree in software engineering lol. Interviewers seemed inexperienced and did not know how to conduct an interview, it just felt like a quiz about their own job titles. Received a generic copy and paste email the next week which I thought was very rude. A lot of red flags and I would highly recommend reading up on their culture before applying for a job there.

The interview process was structured and professional, consisting of technical discussions and problem-solving questions relevant to software engineering. The interviewer was polite and knowledgeable. However, the feedback after rejection was limited, which made it difficult to understand the specific areas for improvement despite strong preparation.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked about designing and implementing a technical solution, focusing on problem-solving approach and practical experience rather than purely theoretical questions.

First interview, recruiter, 2nd with the respective team, 3rd step test assessment (fairly easy), last step on-site interview. Interviews tend to be laid back and fairly chill some technicalities discussed in 2nd and 3rd interview but nothing trying to catch you.
