Found job posting on LinkedIn. Had one Skype call and then came into the office to meet the COO. Two meetings resulted in a job offer. I found them in a busy time though so maybe it would be harder if my timing wasn't so good. Right before the lunar new year.

it was Flfast, easy going, straightforward and quite friendly approach. I had in total 3 interviews, including founders and hr management. The salary offer wasn't great but it is ok.
