It began with a video interview about our motivation for the role, what we know about the role, and what we hope to achieve after the program. Then an assessment centre at the Welwyn Garden Office.

Entretien
Interview process includes the application (CV and cover letter), recorded video interview and an assessment day. The assessment day had 4 different parts: Group test, stats test, presentation (prepared before the day) and a standard interview. Good process but wasn't given anyone to contact about feedback.
