I got feedback quite fast from the Recruiter and the test was feasible with a 3 days deadline. The interview with the managers was also fine, they strived to create a calm vibe.

For the creative team, the process had two rounds, the first was with the recruiter as an general filter, was given a design test and the second was with the hiring managers. My advice is to just be yourself. They’re not only looking for someone with the right technical skills, but also someone who fits the team’s vibe and culture.
