Es un proceso muy intenso, con muchas fases donde evalúan tanto las habilidades sociales y personales como las técnicas. Destaco que el trato y acompañamiento durante todo el proceso es inigualable. Además, en caso de que sea necesario un billete de tren ellos se hacen cargo.

¿Que área de mejora tienes y qué haces para mejorarla?
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.
HR interviewed, asked about very general questions (why Roche, why this role, my previous experiences), moved to the next round with hiring manager. Got a little more technical and asked my previous experiences a bit more

Entretien
I was asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation for the interview. On interview I was then asked to deliver it in 10 minutes instead, to see how I could manage that stressful situation.
