The interview had 3 steps: one with Human Resources and 2 with the hiring manager. The part I criticize the most is with Human Resources. They didn't even listen to me when I was speaking. In fact, they rejected me because working as a freelancer would create a conflict of interest. But I had mentioned this right from the beginning, so why make me go through all the interviews if it was already a problem from the start?
