Long interview. Lots of detailed questions on how I responded to various situations in my previous job. Almost 2 hours. Then asked me if I had questions. My position is very team oriented so they asked me a lot about the teams I had worked with in the past. Told them about various experiences in workplace as well as university. Got back to me in a few weeks. Fun place to work. Salary is meh, people are cool and environment is lax.

Question 1
What is the first thing you do when you get a new cell phone?
My interview experience provided some insights into the company culture. The interaction between the hiring manager and other interviewer suggested a top-down communication style, as the manager controlled the questioning, often spoke and interrupted over others. This made me curious about standard collaboration practices within the team.
Furthermore, based on the discussion, the hiring manager's background and expertise appeared to be in a different domain than the core functions of this role. This left me with important questions regarding how work quality, technical efficiency, and potential downstream impacts on customers would be assessed by a manager without direct experience in this field."

Interviewed by the entire team. Some technical questions about the actual job while others asked about behavioral/personality questions. Overall not too hard of an interview but definitely be prepared.

Took a couple of months to hear back from them as they didn't start recruiting until February 2015 (applied in October/November 2014).
To start off, the interview consisted of very standard questions, but then they decided to become more technical and ask about experiences related specifically to their project. They weren't hard. I just didn't prepare a proper and thorough answer for one of the technical questions.
I was one of the final four candidates, but was not selected for the internship in the end.
