very pathetic interview process. One month was wasted with the whole interview. I connected with more than 6 people for the interview (1 technical consultant, 1 senior consultant, 1 general manager, 1 CEO, and 2 HR representatives). Within a month, I got confirmation twice from HR for the offer letter with a proper discussion of salary negotiation. At the end, they said there were some glitches, confusion, or communication gaps in the organisation due to which they are holding the position for which the interview process has been going for the last month.
Advice: Please don't waste the candidates' time.
