First I received a phone call from a team member, then he sent a fairly straightforward writing test. I didn't hear back for a couple weeks and thought it was a no, but then I got a call from HR to schedule an interview and the hiring manager. Though she strongly prefers to interview in person, she was flexible because of my location and the pandemic situation. The hiring manager was unable to attend the interview, but the HR interviewer and I had a very pleasant chat. A couple days later she called me with a clarifying question, then a few days later sent me an offer via email. Unfortunately the salary+conditions were not a good fit for me, even after some negotiation, so I declined, but overall it was an excellent interview experience.
