J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Roblox en juin 2025
Entretien
The interview process was smooth, efficient, and welcoming. Each interviewer took the time to introduce themselves, clearly outline the expectations for the interview, and foster a casual, open conversation. It was evident that they genuinely wanted to understand my experience and capabilities, rather than trying to catch me off guard. Throughout the process, the interviewers were supportive and helpful, which made for a very positive experience.

The recruiter I worked with Nate Leslie. He was polite in the phone calls but the follow-ups and conversations were very poor. Lot of thrashing in emails and correspondance.
Long period of silence and sudden follow ups with fast requests to interview quickly.
There were time that the onsite required me to be in the office and then that was changed.
The director level interview was nothing like what the recruiter said it was. He was completely wrong.
NO follow up after the interview when results were not good or any feedback or suggestions.
I did close to 6-7 rounds of interviews. How about a 15 min phone call to tell me what happened and why Roblox did not go with me?

So I got an email for interview from Roblox with a recruiter.
The recruiter was 5 minutes late to the meeting. But additionally, he got the wrong person to invite to the interview. He should not invite me but another person. When in the interview, the recruiter showed that he should have sent invitation to another person, because the work experience and email he mentioned are not mine.
All of this was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to candidate.
