The in-house recruiter was excellent throughout the process, making me feel like they were acting in my best interest. Communication was very prompt and honest. The interview process took roughly 6 weeks, involving five interviews and a take-home test, not counting recruiter calls. That's actually less thorough than the company used to be, but it's still clearly pretty heavy.
