I must say, I'm rather disappointed with the screening process at this company. Despite the fact that my cover letter, resume, and experience were an excellent match for the position, I received a 'no-reply' rejection email within just one day, and it didn't even offer an opportunity for specific feedback. Providing constructive feedback for applicants who are clearly aligned with the position not only helps candidates grow but also reflects professionalism on the company's part. I wouldn't apply to this company again.
