2 easy interviews. Got denied after the final interview because they were picky about who they wanted to be a part of the program. So, be perfect and answer every question in depth or make sure you get along with each interviewer.

Question 1
Describe a time when you made a mistake and what did you do?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Roblox

The interview process had 3 different rounds and an assignment:
1. A brief 30-minute introductory call.
*1.5.* A couple days later I received an assignment: drafting an email and creating a presentation.
2. A two-component hour interview. The first half was presenting the presentation to a two interviewer panel. The second half of the interview was behavioral, where I had two interviewers ask me questions.
3. A final brief 15-minute interview with a member of upper management. During this interview, I had to answer questions about my motivations for applying. I also had the chance to ask any questions about the role.
The entire recruiting process was organized and quick! It was about 4 to 5 weeks. The team reached out to me in late February. After going through the interview process for most of March, I heard back regarding my candidacy sometime in early mid-April.

Very positive and transparent process which included:
Screening
Virtual onsite w/4 people (2 back-to-back time slots)
Executive Session
For the virtual onsite, we did an easy written assignment and presented our reasoning for doing the assignment in that way. Truly an assessment of current skills versus other companies that make you do a lot of free work. Questions weren't too hard, though I felt that I gave generic answers to some of them.
