HR team conducted a site interview. Been interviewed by the ff : 1. HR Associate 2. HR Supervisor 3. HR Manager 4. Chief Engineer 5. Hotel Manager You will also be having an exam then will be invited to the main office located at Ortigas.

technical interview when you're a fresh graduate is basic MEPF questions that you might have learnt from school, such as basic electrical and motor control, pump operations, basic maintenance, and such.
The process took about 2 weeks. Interview was ok. Questions were more on the personal side of the interviewee. You’ll know that you qualify if they let you wait for a couple of minutes after the interview because you’ll be answering an online assessment for further qualifications.
