About 4 weeks after applying I got an interview with a team member. They sent me a video to view and their blog to read before the video call. It was a more relaxed video call with the ability to speak about myself, my skills, and what I am looking for. I thought the interview went really great. They had a few people to interview and in the end chose someone else. I was not given feedback which would have been nice due to the extra time viewing their interview videos and blogs. The HR interview would have come 2nd.

Got an Inmail from LinkedIn first, have a voice call with the sourcer (she asked some behavior questions, then met the team lead, and finally met 3 people from different functional areas.
