The process is fast and easy with the HR, but the aftermath is confusing and not really good. At first i thought that we're already okay with the salary negotiation but after just a few days they don't even replied to me when im asking for an update about my application. What's more confusing is when i texted them about it, the only response they can give is "check the indeed" to know the update. In indeed it shows that the job posting are already expired, i asked the HR for clarification and tell me honestly if i passed or not because it's confusing. In the end they didn't reply and just seen my message. They can just say "No" or "Yes" why did they have to make it difficult for the applicant to know the status of their application.
