It was streamlined and very fast and efficient. The first interview went extremely well, with lovely team members, and follow-up communication was very fast and clear. However, the interview with the hiring manager was a bit different. Although trying to be nice and neutral, the way he behaved demonstrated that the decision has already been made, which left me with a bitter feeling afterwards. I was also promised to receive a candidate experience survey, which never happened.
