I was put in touch with a hiring manager and had a 30 minute phone interview. Pretty standard, just going over relevant experience on my resume. Then I was invited up for a site visit and in person interview. Seemed like the in person interview was just to gage how well I would fit in with the team. Received an offer a few weeks later.
