Pros:
- The preliminary assessment of an application is relatively fast. An invite for an interview has been sent within a week.
- During the online interview a candidate meets a couple of representatives of the team with an open position.
Cons:
- There are far too many companies in Bulgaria who commit to giving feedback after an interview but do not talk the talk and walk the walk. Regretfully, Bosh.IO Bulgaria is one of them.
- Despite the fact that Bosch.IO have a recruiting system in place it is not kept up to date.
Advise to the management:
Please, improve candidate experience. Maybe you can start with:
- reviewing your current recruitment process and the necessity of giving feedback about the decision made after a job interview
- reinforcing trust between your team(Recruiters and Hiring Managers) and job applicants
- increasing the level of transparency by keeping your recruiting system up to date
