A month after submitting the applications, I got a call from the HR team and ask about my availability to do an interview with the user. They asked about my previous experience and knowledge regarding the area I was applying to.

Quick phone interview and a pleasant interviewer. Followed up with offer. It was a good process that lasted about 14 days. I got the job quickly after the interview. Phone interview was casual and didn't need to dress up.
