Ro’s interview process was super transparent. Recruiting was responsive, clear, and helpful throughout the process.
The interview process consisted of: An intro with the hiring manager, interviews with current senior product designers, a working session in a product team setting, and interviews with stakeholders and leadership.
Everyone was engaged and excited to talk and learn about my experience, and it was a mix of behavioral questions and conversation. Questions were thoughtful, and I could tell interviewers cared about each potential new hire.

Recruiter interview, then several 1:1 interviews with various members of the team. Design challenge that was explained poorly by recruiting manager is what threw me for a loop. I had to design a hypothetical experience live in front of 3 senior designers and a product manager, and was not prepared.
