A smooth and simple, they do not put the candidate under pressure. Very smooth interview process. They have automated solution to carry out almost all the steps in recruitment process.
Straightforward. 3 steps with two panels and sometimes one more with HR. The updates were frequent and transparent which makes it pleasant for the candidate. Feedback and ample notice before and after interviews
