The interviewer was five minutes late, which wasn't overly a problem, but she led with that they changed the position from a remote to a hybrid position. The position seems to be located in Los Angeles, and they're only offering $31-36 an hour which they will be hard-pressed to find at that price point. Doing similar work at a major national bank, I was making $48 an hour, but I interviewed hoping that amount would be negotiable. We didn't get to anything of substance, though. The whole interaction lasted under three minutes due to the remote/hybrid swaparoo and none of my qualifications were discussed.
