I received a note from a Rivian recruiter on Linkedin asking for interest in the Vehicle Operations Manager role. Following that, there was an initial conversation/ screening call after a few days. I did not hear back from the organization or recruiter afterward. I followed up a couple of times over the span of 3 weeks.

Interview order: TA Screen Panel Interview Hiring Manager Director interview Interviews are behavioral/culture fit with very little technical knowledge required of the automotive industry. These positions seem to have gone away but it was an easy process.
