Quick 30 minute phone conversation, very friendly and insightful. She explained the job very well, as well as the culture and company perks. Rivian is a Fairly new company that’s been expanding and they hired from within rather outside.

Expect multiple interviews by numerous people. I had a great time interviewing with everyone and it seemed like they were not wasting time. It may feel repetitive but they have a great hiring process
