Had my first call with a recruiter. It was a quick and easy call. At the conclusion of the interview, the recruiter stated that he would submit my information to the decision makers and be in contact with me regarding next steps. I received an email as my call was ending that I was no longer being considered. I contacted recruiter back immediately to see if that was a mistake or if what he said was false. He stated he'd check and see what happened and would get back to me. Never received contact again. Rivian is a case study in poor customer service during the purchase process. I guess the hiring process isn't much different
