Very bad experience:
Two people including hiring manager did not show up for the panel interviews.
I had 45 min interviews with 3 engineers and got very positive feedback from them.
To my surprise, they did not feel I am a fit!! Not sure what the criteria for evaluation was. I heard from one of the interviewers that the working experience is not good and was complaining about how a lot of things are not clear!!
Second interviewers said he does not know much about this positions so he will ask some general SW questions!!!

First interview: Behavioral question
Second interview: SW related questions. The person interviewing me did not know much about controls so just general questions nothing challenging.
Third (last) interview: some Kalman filter related question.

They request an interview, set the day and never appear to the meeting. Disappointing. They ask many too many times and show interest and at the end nothing, very rude

Was over the phone, and was basically an exam.
The problem was that during the quiz, a particular question had 3 answers, I said all 3, and then the interviewer asked for another answer. When he finally revealed I got it wrong and told me the answer, it was something I had already said, they just weren't paying attention.
