The recruiter contacted over LinkedIn, set up a time for the initial screen call which went fine. She took the resume and send me the link for the hiring manager interview. On the day of the call right before the meeting, I got an email saying the interview is canceled and will need to be rescheduled. I was asked to give additional time slots, this process continued for the next two weeks. Every week, there will be a reason for the hiring manager being too busy and then one fine morning, I was informed that they have fast racked another candidate and they want to be transparent with me. The whole interaction turned out to be quite ridiculous. Especially canceling the zoom meeting after I had to take half a day from work to attend it.
