One phone screen with hiring manager, 3 coding interviews! YES, THREE! I even had to do one in C++ after I specifically told them I've been working exclusively in C++ for the past three years. The interviews were purely coding and I got the answers to all of them, yet mysteriously I was rejected.
Of course, they "don't share specific feedback".
If the company works internally anything like I've seen of it in the interview process, I have dodged a bullet.
I get the feeling this company is trying to make it seem like they're onto something big but they're probably nothing more special than the next person.
