      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Riverty (Berlin) en févr. 2023

      Entretien

      First round with HR Interview was regular and easy, I got invited 2 weeks after my application. Following experience was quite unstructured: second round was a presentation about forecast of industry trend in 5 years - I find this kind of tasks very far from reality and odd. I had to contact myself about the ETA, context, task materials, as I never heard from HR after I passed the first round. Presentation during second round didn’t go well, I don’t have experience in Financial industry (and HR knew that) - I wasn’t fully satisfied with my presentation but so were the interviewers. I noticed giggles, awkward facial mimics, and rhetorical questions l with the tone other than respectful: “I see, so you don’t know answer to this question?”, “How good you think your presentation is?” - these don’t help explore any of my qualities. 1 hour of judgment might leave a person scarred, while you find another person to fit your position. It took me a year to heal and land a top 50 company where humane side is seen and respected.
