When the NOAA contract transferred, I had to re-interview for my position. Carol Hood had no idea what my position was, even though he was the program manager. He then went through a list of people, asking their position and what they did. The only question relative to the interview was when he told me he couldn't match my current salary....the salary I was making for the same position. Carol said the offer was fair, given my position, even though he had no idea what my position was before beginning the interview.
