It was extremely helpful when contacting. Went over everything smoothly. Overall good experience with communication and emailing and kept on touch with me constantly to let me know any updates that were going on.

It was very good. The lady (Amy) was very nice to me, and I was able to have a good conversation with her. She wasn't rude or unkind towards me either.
