Hiring manager wasn't very attentive and has since been reduced in roles within the company. Overall my experience from the interview/application process to me quitting was absolutely the worst civilian job experience I have ever had. I only accepted the position as a favor because the show was so short handed because all previous employees quit over the mismanagement that comes from this place.
