J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Riverbed Technology (San Francisco, CA) en févr. 2012
Entretien
I was introduced by a friend who was an existing employee, I had a few phone interviews, and then 3 in-person interviews in which I talked to about a dozen people total. The last interview is when my verbal offer was made. A good deal of the conversations were around testing for personality or technology religion issues and deep-diving into the details of my previous experience.

I had an initial fit interview on the phone and then 4 on site interviews with the hiring manager and his peers. After that, I received an offer and started 3 weeks later. The process was very straightforward and simple.
