The interview process was very simple, i quite enjoyed meeting with the team. They told me about the RI journey into digital transformation, asked about my experience & what i could bring to the team.

2 stages: 1st was a fairly straightforward session with the practice lead following a pretty conversational format, no specific 'tell me a time when you...' questions. The second was an informal chat with would-be peers, presumably to assess 'fit'.
