I had to do an online interview which consisted of 5 questions. You had a minute to think about your answer and then you had 2 attempts to record it. You got to choose which attempt to submit.

Group interview, there was 16 of us. They kept us waiting for so long and no one really approached us for good 15 minutes. Then they asked us to sit down, asked one question and then asked to talk to each other and tell each other why we want to work for RI. Two managers were sitting there taking notes. There was 16 people talking at the same time, I have no idea how they judged us. Then we had to play role play in pairs. one of us was seller one of us was customer. And that's it. This 'Interview' didn't even take an hour. They didn't really want to get to know us.
