HR was late for the interview about 30 minutes, which was a bad experience. Marketing Director asked some basic questions but was not challenging. Not sure what type of talents they want.

Entretien
I interviewed for a marketing position for a Ritz Carlton in CA. Very corporate interview using the STAR method with a bunch of situational questions. It was definitely more thorough than I was expecting. Manager said there was absolutely no wiggle room in terms of salary, which was pretty off-putting.
Also found it hilarious that one of the so-called benefits was "opportunities for lateral service if you want to pick up extra hours." Basically the hiring manager told me that I could be "trained on banquets" and work extra hours if I wanted to 😂
