manager not know what they are doing little bit disorganization lot of disrespectful questions from managers and lack of professionalism , never expect from big hotel something like that. The managers need better training how to conduct interview
Lengthy, the interview was with the executive chef and a floor manager jumped in towards the end. They asked about previous experience, times when work was difficult and times when I had to work with another employee who was difficult
