Interview it was only for 10min,and it was with HR manager of Ritz-Carlton. She was very friendly ,I was so excited, because it was first experience to do interview with totally different countries and language.

So, I have apply the job from jolca and interview with manager in the restaurant then got an offer in few days after that. Everyone is friendly and lovely. overall the process is fast and not complicated at all.

overall, i had a great experience with the interviews. first, they called me for phone screening and after that, i was invited for 2 interviews. some questions were a bit challenging. they also took the time to give them questions. most questions are related to customer service experience.
