J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ritz-Carlton (Manama) en mai 2010
Entretien
There were several interviews. First was the phone interview, then a walk-in interview on the open day. After that I have a face-to-face interview with HR and director hiring manager. Then there was another private coffee chat with a potential direct supervisor. After that it took sometime until they reach their decision.

The first step is they will call you to describe the position, tell you the pay, ask when you would be able to start, and some very basic questions about your background. This call is geared more towards scheduling your actual in-person interview. At the in person interview, they will use the STARS method. Google common STARS questions and be prepared to have examples of situations you have dealt with or accomplishments from previous positions you've held. Following this interview, they will either offer you the position or move on with other candidates. Dress well, speak clearly, and be confident!
