I applied online through Rituals website ans then I completed an assasement that included brain game, 'fun questions', an a video telling about myself. Then I got a call and then the interview face to face.

Pretty straight forward. Had to do a group exercise which involves washing eachothers hands, can be pretty awkward but it’s not the worst. You heard back the next day, the staff at most stores seem to be pretty friendly also

Quite long but sweet people interviewing and made it quite comfortable. A lot of questions about how you are as an employee from a “ managers perspective “ and less about how you deal with customers etc.
