The interview was pretty straight forward, but had way too many steps. I had an introductory interview, an interview with the hiring team, an interview with the hiring manager (both of which consisted of the same questions and format and could have been one) an interview with potential coworkers, and then a I had to prepare and give a presentation on an account. They let me choose the format I was most comfortable with, but in reality, they wanted it to be a specific format and didn't let you know that until after you prepared your presentation and data/slides(hint) and gave your presentation. This was after I had to deal with getting the incorrect data at first on a Tuesday for my presentation on a Friday, and then the incorrect file format on Wednesday, giving me 3-5 days less time to prepare than other interviewees that got the correct data and file format and a weekend to prepare after I made sure that the correct data was given and able to be used. According to current employees, this was more complicated than when they were hired not long ago.

Question 1
How do you develop a strategy when it comes to starting an account from scratch? Which campaigns do you prioritize, how do you pick products, and how do you find keywords?

Get ready to be insulted and have your time wasted. The final round had 10 candidates, which is too big if you're asking people to do an assignment. I also felt they wanted a specific format, but wanted me to read their minds rather than tell me upfront. They interrupted me constantly during the interview and asked pointed (read: insulting) questions.
Red flags all around. RUN.
