I had an initial interview after I submitted my application. It was very professional and I was highly satisfied with the integrity of the manager. This particular manager I felt had a great understanding of what was needed from their employees and this was communicated to me effectively through the interview. The follow up interview deemed equally appropriate. It did take some time however for my paperwork to pass through however. That I am sure was just a technical difficulty and not the fault of any one specific entity.

The most Difficult question for me personally was when I was asked to define qualities about myself that I felt were outstanding. It is often very challenging to define yourself without seeming too over confident or arrogant.

pretty meh if i say so myself it only took like half an hour so there's that the interveiwer was alright but it could have been better but all around it wasn't a horrbile experiance

They had me come in for an in-person interview. The lady to conducted the interview was kind and professional but at the end she told me I was overqualified. She was kind when she told me but it still didn't feel the greatest. I liked that she was up front with me and didn't leave me waiting to hear back about the position.

Describe your past job experience and why it makes you a good fit for us.
Pretty simple, screening call then hiring manager interview. Screening took about 15 minutes and manager one was just verifying qualifications. After that you fill out forms and set up a schedule.
