Very long interview process. Day one phone interview 2 and half hours, day 2 in person interview another 2 hours, day 3 face to face interview another 2 hours. Was very long and dragged out. Thought should of been different questions on each interview as they used a log to record answers which seemed to be all the same questions.

Over all went very well. The district manager was very personable and accommodating. Even though I did not get hired, it was over all a great experience and I think anyone would benefit from working there.

Entretien
I had met with district manager at the store. Asked brief background questions and then went into behavioral questions. The interview was very relaxed and straightforward. Had typical situational questions.

easy. online assessment. took almost over an hour answering simple questions. and yet i didnt make it threw video interview even with 7 years of experience. its all computerized. if you do answer everything how they want, your automatically put a 6 month hold intel you can redo the assessment questions.
