A lengthy 6-step process where the same questions were repeated at almost every stage.
In the presentation step I was was asked to focus on "what I would do". I felt I created a strong assignment, but the feedback was they wanted to see "what I have done" not "what I would do". The HR team agreed that the task description was misleading and apologised.
I received no other feedback. As a neurodiverse + LGBT candidate, it's always tough receiving minimal feedback as you never know to what extent your intersection played a role in being rejected, given there's so little other constructive feedback to go on.

A very thorough but worthwhile interview process from start to finish. Risk Ledgers Hiring Manager does a great job of prepping you for each interview stage as well as providing feedback after each one, a very enjoyable experience.
Interview process had four stages as well as an initial call with Hiring Manager. Interviews were with Individuals from the people team, CS team, Marketing team and Product team.
