The interview was carried out on phone and it took about 20-30 minutes. The questions are varied. From general ones like how do you like the company, or what values do you appreciate most, to specific ones like data security, accounting program development. So be prepared for some "tricky" questions regarding your career area. Sadly I didn't get the position. I think candidates better have 2-3 years of full charged bookkeeper to succeed in interviews.
