Very lengthy interview process. Four interviews and a skills assessment. Recruiters are very kind and helpful. The interview team was also very kind. Seemed like a bit of overkill for a non-executive level job

1. Applied online 2. Recruiter response within 5 days of applying; scheduled teams meeting for initial screening with recruiter 3. Screening complete, recruiter passes info to manager of the team 4. 30 min Interview with team manager 5. Received decision within 3 business days I was denied and unsure why as both screens went exceptionally well. I also come from one of their biggest competitors with years of experience. I was even told during the interview with the manager that I seem to know a lot about the role that I applied for. Unsure if they’re interviewing for market research or to actually hire qualified candidates. It was an ok experience. I’m a black woman located in TX.
