I had a 1st stage interview with the recruiter and then 2nd stage interview was arranged with the manager based in the US. The second one lasted around 45 minutes and I was asked about my experience and how it was relevant to the position and about my aspirations and challenges.

Most frustrating and unprofesional experience. Recruiter sent an email asking for interview availability. After submitting my times, I was ghosted after following up twice. Then 2 weeks later I got the same notification from the recruiter asking for my availability. After scheduling a time with the recruiter, we met. I'm a Green Card holder and 1 minute into the interview, the recruiter stopped and said she wasn't sure if I was eligible to work in the US with a Green Card and needed to check internally before proceeding. I state that I'm a Green Card holder in my resume so she could have asked this before the interview. Furthermore her LinkedIn profile says she's been in recruitment for a long enough period to know Green Card holders do have work authorization. 30 seconds after the call ended, she sent me a re-booking link. I re-booked another time and when that time came around, she cancelled the meeting with no explanation. No respect for wasting candidates time.

Had a call with a recruiter and then a written assessment which took place online. It was quite straightforward and self explanatory, didn’t get further than that with no real explanation why

The interview was simple and conversational. They focused mainly on my reason for moving, my background, and overall experience. It was a smooth discussion without difficult technical questions, making the process feel relaxed and straightforward.
